Permit information for the different municipalities in Oregon

Different municipalities within Oregon have different rules and regulations for tree management. If you’re considering tree removal in or around your property, you must understand the requirements set forth by your municipality, including whether you need tree removal permits and a tree pruning permit. Larger cities generally have stronger regulations about tree removal compared to smaller cities. But regardless of your city’s size, you need to contact the relevant authorities and city officials.
